WHAT IF MY PLAN IS GETTING SMALL FOR ME?
No problem, you can switch to a larger plan by paying the price difference and considering the time you have been using the current plan.
Another option is to add horses or additional users to your current plan.
WHAT ARE "ACTIVE HORSES" AND "REFERENCE HORSES"?
The ACTIVE horses are those on which you normally work or are in your property. These horses are to be taken into account for reminders and reports that allow you to manage its health information, shoeing, contests, feed, location, etc.
Furthermore, reference horses are animals that are normally part of the genealogies or those that are either dead or sold.

DO I NEED TO ENTER THE BILLING INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF OF REGISTRATION?
No. During the trial period, you are not required to provide credit card information. Only if you continue with us after 30 days, you must enter your payment information.
CAN I EXPORT MY INFO AT ANY TIME?
The information is yours and you should be able to download it.
You can do it in Excel or PDF format.
CAN I IMPORT THE INFORMATION I HAVE IN AN EXCEL FILE?
Yeah!
If you have the information in an Excel file, you can import it, adjusting the columns in the file to match the CRIO ONLINE template.
Additionally, you can import complete pedigrees from online databases.
